	To be an authorized affiliate of Echo Net Media, Inc DBA Better Life Training (BLT), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. I hereby certify that the information submitted by me in this application, resume and during any personal interview(s) is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Further, I release all parties and persons from any and all liability for any damages that may result from furnishing such information to BLT as well as from the use or disclosure of such information by BLT or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, employees, or representatives including The Value Source Group LLC. In the event of any dispute or claim between you and BLT (including all of its employees, agents, subsidiary and affiliated entities, benefit plans, benefit plans' sponsors, fiduciaries, administrator, affiliates; and all successors and assigns of any of the them), we jointly agree to submit all such disputes or claims to confidential binding arbitration. The arbitration (i) shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the arbitration rules of The State of NORTH CAROLINA. Each company shall pay for all of the fees and costs of the Arbitrator, however, each party shall pay for its own costs and attorneys' fees, if any. I agree to conform to the rules and standards of BLT, as amended from time to time at BLT's sole discretion. All special pricing under the list price of $199 will be negotiated between BetterLifeTraining.com and The Value Source Group LLC, and the affiliate. All affiliates of BLT will have to have a formal written agreement signed and notorized by BLT and The Value Source Group LLC for any agreement to be fully binding. In these instances, the commission rate will be below the standard 50% of the price. This will be negotiated between all parties in writing, with BLT and The Value Source Group LLC. This agreement will be notorized in the state of North Carolina. This will apply to big group pricing and corporate pricing. The affiliate has to be approved by written approval by BLT and The Value source Group LLC, for any commission to be paid. I represent and warrant that I have read and fully understand the foregoing and seek employment under these conditions. There will be no promises, warranty or representation made on the behalf of Echo net Media, Inc. You agree to not misrepresent yourself or Echo Net Media,Inc dba betterlifetraining.com. You agree that you will have no power of authority. You are a independent contractor and not a employee of Echo Net Media, Inc. You will pay all taxes and report all earnings. You agree that You can not misrepresent yourself and do any activities that tamper the backend of the affiliate tracking system or share in the development of any products that BLT is a distributor of with similar businesses. You agree that all such promotions will not be false or misleading and will be fully compliant with federal and state laws, including U.S. federal and state laws regarding network abuse, unsolicited messaging, and U.S. Federal Trade Commission regulations, policies and guidelines governing advertising, disclosure and consumer protection. All such promotions must contain all disclosures necessary to prevent them from being false or misleading in a clear and conspicuous manner. You agree that you will provide information about you without any misleading or false representation. You agree that we may terminate this agreement if you provide any competitive business, ie sports related teams, Fitness coaching companies, Golf related businesses, Executive coaching companies or any companies that delivers assessments or profiles for coaching purposes. You agree that this affiliate agreement may be terminated by BLT or The Value Source Group LLC. You agree not to contact anyone through spam email or message boards or any print or online advertisment. You agree all statements will be under federal and state laws with the use of any electronic messaging or email for advertising. You agree that there will be no false representation about any of the products that Echo Net Media, Inc sell for resale. You agree that all messages about products sold through Echo Net Media, Inc dba betterlifetraining.com will be 100% True and ethical. You agree to no misleading information or headers on your site. You agree all messages will be valid and not misleading. You will NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SPAM! ALL YOUR EMAILS HAVE TO BE BY REQUEST. You agree all messages will be clear and valid to your contacts. You agree that Echo Net Media, Inc can terminate any agreement if there is reason to believe gambling, xrated websites, bank or consumer fraud. You agree that either BLT or The Value Source Group LLC can terminate your agreement with any written notice. This will only take place if the Mind Scan, or Value Scan is distributed through a BLT Affiliate. You agree that you are under no obligation to purchase a website from Echo Net Media, Inc You agree that you can have your own website for the affiliate program free of cost The fee is a licensing fee of $150.00 for web development if you want a customized website to have the url www.betterlifetraining.com/afiliate name. The directory is free to any www.betterlifetraining.com/affiliate There will be a fee to go into the www.betterlifetraining.com directory if you own your own site. You agree that the service is fully your option and not a requirement. There will be an additional contract for the optional website www.betterlifetraing/contract You agree that the above agreement is valid when you sign up for the affiliate program. BLT, Inc. as used herein is intended to included all of its affiliated subsidiary companies.
